Money
One checkout, four ways through it — EcoCash, OneMoney, bank transfer, or a Visa or Mastercard from anywhere in the world. A deposit holds your seat; the rest can be spread.
Choose a departure and how you want to pay. Mobile money and bank transfer are the cheapest routes; cards cost the most because the card networks charge the most.

Estimates. The exact total is shown by the payment page before you confirm anything, and nothing leaves your account until you do.
If you would rather not use a card or mobile money, this is the account. It is a USD account, so a dollar sent is a dollar received.
Use your name and the trip as the reference — for example T Moyo · Lusaka Feb. Then send us the proof of payment on WhatsApp and we will confirm your seat the same working day.
Before you send anything: these are our only bank details, and they are on this page so you can always check them here. We will never message or email you to say our account has changed. If you ever receive that, it is not from us — call us on +263 78 545 1373 before you move any money.
Every trip page has the amount on it. The deposit is what holds your seat — seats go in the order deposits land, not in the order people say they are coming.
The checkout asks how: EcoCash, OneMoney, a transfer from your Zimbabwean bank, or a card. You get a receipt by email either way.
Within one working day. You get the waiver to sign and the packing list, and your name goes on the manifest for that departure.
In one go or on a plan. Message us and we will set a schedule that clears before the bus leaves or the flight goes.
Yes, on every 2027 trip. There is no extra charge for spreading it — we just need the schedule to clear before departure. Message us and we will set it up.
Yes. Visa and Mastercard work from anywhere. Diaspora bookings are a large part of what we do and paying from abroad is no harder than paying from Harare.
Because the card networks charge more than mobile money does. If you are in Zimbabwe, EcoCash or a bank transfer puts more of your money into the trip and less into fees.
Tell us early and we will try to move your seat to someone else first, free of charge. If that is not possible, what you have paid moves to another trip on our calendar. For a death or hospitalisation in the family there is no charge at all. Full detail is on our terms page.
Message us and we will walk you through it — the deposit, the plan, or just what the trip is actually like.
